YMCA hosting Bicycle Boot Camp event

The YMCA of Van Wert County will be holding a Bicycle Boot Camp on Saturday, June 9, from 8:30-9:30 a.m.  This is open to both members and potential members.  The cost is $10 for Y members and $15 for potential members, with all proceeds benefiting new cycling bikes.  Space is limited to the first 18 people, so call 419.238.0443 today to register.

“This will be a challenging one-hour workout featuring alternate sessions of cycling and boot camp activities,” stated Y Wellness Director Julie Schaufelberger. “This is guaranteed to burn lots of calories and start the weekend off right for all who choose to participate.”

Bring a water bottle and energized attitude to Bicycle Boot Camp, which is being held at the YMCA of Van Wert County.
