VW school board OKs technology bid
Van Wert independent
The Van Wert City Board of Education approved the technology package for both the new Van Wert Elementary School and the Jefferson Pre-Kindergarten/Kindergarten building renovation.
Netech Corporation of Novi, Mich., was the low — and only — bidder on the Technology Package, submitting a bid of $333,250, which Superintendent Ken Amstutz said was under Ohio School Facilities Commission estimates for the project.
The package includes switchers and routers for the communications systems in both school buildings.
