Grand opening

Van Wert County Foundation Executive Secretary Larry Wendel (white shirt) and Van Wert Superintendent of Schools Ken Amstutz cut the ribbon Saturday on the new Van Wert County Foundation Tennis Complex, located behind the Van Wert  High School-Middle School complex. Wayne Kilton, president of the Van Wert County Tennis Association, the group that built the complex using funds donated by private individuals, organizations and businesses, said a few words prior to the cutting of the ribbon during Saturday’s grand opening.
