Larry D. Harmon

Larry D. Harmon, 70, of rural Willshire, died at 3:20 a.m. Friday, June 29, 2012, at Lutheran Hospital of Indiana in Fort Wayne, Ind.

He was born April 4, 1942, in Van Wert County, the son of the late Bertis William and Doris Marie (Prichard) Harmon. He married Norma Jean (Hurless) Harmon, who survives.

Other survivors include two sons, Jeff (Angie) Harmon and Kevin Harmon, both of Van Wert; a daughter, Tina (Ronald) Waltmire of Convoy; one brother, Terry L. (Brenda) Harmon of Van Wert; two sisters, Sue Barna of Rockford and Janet Harmon of Van Wert; and six grandchildren.

A brother, Gary Lyn Harmon, also preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 3, at Cowan & Son Funeral Home in Van Wert, with the Rev. Paul W. Miller officiating. Burial will be in Fletcher Cemetery in Willshire Township.

Calling hours are from 1-7 p.m. Monday, July 2, and an hour prior to services Tuesday at the funeral home.
