Donnabelle Mae Shawver

Donnabelle Mae Shawver, 76, of Paulding, died at 5:48 a.m. Saturday, July 7, 2012, at the Van Wert Area Inpatient Hospice Center.

She was born September 5, 1935, in Delphos, the daughter of the late Charles and Nellie (Martin) Stocklin. On August 14, 1967, she married Edward Miller, who preceded her in death. She then married Frank Shawver on March 8, 1979, and he also preceded her in death.

Survivors include a daughter, Catherine (Bernard) Beard of Paulding; one stepson, Ronald (Carol) Shawver of Junction; two brothers, Kenneth (Dorothy) Stocklin and Thomas (Carolyn) Stocklin, both of Delphos; three sisters, Mary Catherine Klemons of Lima, JoAnn Hollowell of Bryan and Edna Kesler of Delphos; three grandchildren; several stepgrandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; a number of stepgreat-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

A total of 12 brothers and sisters also preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 12, at Harter and Schier Funeral Home in Delphos, with Pastor Dan Eaton officiating. Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery in Delphos.
