Geliah Mae Theis
Geliah Mae “Toni” Theis, 80, of Paulding, died Monday, July 9, 2012, at St. Joseph Hospital in Fort Wayne, Ind.
She was born January 10, 1932, in Delphos, the daughter of the late Waldo and Genevieve (Gray) Wollett.
Survivors include four sons, Robert J. Theis of Weston, Roger L. (Robin) Theis of Camden, Mich., David Theis of Cecil and Daniel W. (Tina) Theis of Defiance; a daughter, Becky J. (Bill) Walls of Greenwood, S.C.; four brothers, James, Willard, Thomas and Carl “Buddy” Collins; two sisters, Carol Arnold and Linda Sue Truby; and many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren.
Her stepfather, William Collins; one son, Larry Theis; a daughter, Cathy Mae Theis; two brothers, Robert and Edward Collins; a sister, Velma Mortoff; and two grandchildren, also preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 14, at Den Herder Funeral Home in Paulding. Burial will be in Bethel Forder Cemetery in rural Paulding County.
Calling hours are from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Preferred memorials: Polio Support Group in Defiance or St. Joseph Hospital in Fort Wayne.
