Wren group selling chicken dinners

WREN — The Wren Christmas Society will be selling tickets for chicken dinners for October 13. Gibson Backyard Barbeque will prepare the food.  The meal will include a half a chicken, baked beans, cheesy potatoes and cole slaw.  Meals are by pre-sale tickets only.

Tickets will be $8 each and will be available for purchase, beginning September 1, from any Wren Christmas Society member.

Dinners will be available for pick-up at the WCS building at the Wren Ballpark on Saturday, October 13, between 11 a.m.-2 p.m.

The money raised will be used to pay for the electricity for the Christmas lights this holiday season.
