Lake Campus donation

Garmann Miller Architects-Engineers recently made a $1,000 donation to the Wright State University-Lake Campus engineering program. The Lake Campus’ goal is to have 100 students enrolled in the program within four years. There are currently approximately 80 students enrolled. Garmann Miller, which began operations in 1992 with help from the Lake Campus’ Business Enterprise Center, currently has a staff of 35 people, which includes registered architects, landscape architects, designers, professional engineers, construction administrators and administrative personnel. Shown at the check presentation are (from the left) Brian Wolf, planner; Gina Frick, project architect; Julie Miller, Western Ohio Educational Foundation development officer; Lake Campus Dean Bonnie Mathies; Eric Baltzell, electrical engineer; and Chris Monnin, mechanical engineer. More information on the WOEF scholarship programs can be found at www.wright.edu/lake/woef.html. (WSU-LC photo)
