Tara J. Hodge

Tara J. Hodge, 41, of Van Wert, died August 7, 2012, following a long illness.

She was born June 2, 1971, in Toledo, the daughter of Norma Hodge, who survives in Van Wert, and the late Ronald Hodge.

Other survivors include a  brother, Charles (Peggy) Graves of Van Wert; two sisters, Chauvonne Graves Tolley of Clovis, N.M., and Pamela (Hill) Harding of Texas; a niece, three nephews; four great-nephews; two aunts; and an uncle.

A brother, Duane Graves; her maternal grandmother, Phrona Dorton; and paternal grandmother, Minnie Miller, also preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, July 13, at Den Herder Funeral Home in Paulding, with Pastor Tommy Sandefer officiating.

Calling hours are from 10 a.m. until the time of services Monday at the funeral home.
