The Van Wert County Council on Aging will be providing free assistance to area residents in filling out Heat Energy Assistance Program Applications (HEAP).

The Council on Aging can help those who received their application in the mail and need some assistance with completing the application.

Those who need an application or are interested in learning the eligibility requirements, and need assistance with completing the application, can call the Council on Aging to set up an appointment.
