Crestview volleyball information

CONVOY – The Crestview Lady Knight volleyball team was host to Wayne Trace on Thursday for a non-conference match won by the Knights, 25-15, 25-18, 21-25 and 25-17. Crestview is now 2-2 overall on the season.

Leading the way for the Knights were the following:

Serving — Haley Helm and Kirstin Hicks, 3 aces; Tianna Rager and Mackenzie Riggenbach, 2 aces; and Megan Hartman and Mekale Clifton, 1 ace.

Hitting — Clifton, 11 kills; Hicks and Hartman, 9 kills; Courtney Trigg, 5 kills; Helm, 2 kills.

Setting — Helm, 20 assists; Riggenbach, 11 assists.

Defense — Rager, 12 digs; Hicks, 11 digs.

Blocking — Hartman and Trigg led the way.

The Crestview junior varsity team was defeated in two games.

The Lady Knights will return to action on Monday, when they host the Parkway Panthers in another non-conference match-up.
