Beverly A. Edwards

Beverly A. Edwards, 75, of Van Wert, died at 2:05 p.m. Wednesday, September 26, 2012, at the Van Wert Area Inpatient Hospice Center.

She was born October 8, 1936, in Dublin Township, Mercer County, the daughter of the late Victor and Wanda (Krugh) Shindeldecker. On November 24, 1956, she married Kenneth Wayne Edwards, who preceded her in death on August 10, 2000.

Survivors include a son, Brent T. (Brenda) Edwards of Van Wert; one daughter, Shawn (Jim) Germann of Van Wert; a brother, Marvin (Darlene) Shindeldecker of Rockford; and five grandchildren.

A brother, Danny, who died in infancy; and one sister, Donna Now, also preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, September 29, at Cowan & Son Funeral Home in Van Wert. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Ohio City.

Calling hours are one hour prior to services Saturday at the funeral home.
