A work of art

The stained-glass dome of Van Wert County Common Pleas Court is no longer hidden under ceiling tiles after being refurbished by Window Creations of Ottoville. Reggie Buehrer of Window Creations and his staff installed the glass dome, which includes original glass and replacement sections, this past week as part of a courtroom renovation project. The courtroom, which has been closed for a couple of months, is expected to reopen in late November, with an open house scheduled for early December. (Dave Mosier/Van Wert independent)
