Rhoda Rogers

Rhoda Rogers, 95, died at 6:35 p.m. Saturday, November 10, 2012, at Vancrest of Convoy.

She was born July 26, 1917, in Broadlands, Ill., the daughter of the late Melvin and Lula (Douthit) Dunn. On June 28, 1935, she married Otto Rogers, who preceded her in death on June 12, 1994.

Survivors include two sons, Larry Rogers of North Carolina and Kent (Diana) Rogers of Findlay; three daughters, Janet (James) Moorman of Convoy, Cheryl (Tom) Adams of North Carolina, and Brenda Parlette of Spencerville; 17 grandchildren; and a number of great-grandchildren.

A son, Bobby; three brothers, Francis, John and Ralph Dunn; one sister, Rose Marie Fleming; and a grandson, Tim, also preceded her in death.

A private memorial service will be conducted at a later date.

There will be no calling hours at this time.

Preferred memorials: Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church of Vancrest of Convoy.
