Dr. Jack Edward Corle Sr.
Dr. Jack Edward Corle Sr., 82, of Van Wert, died at 4:45 a.m. Wednesday, November 21, 2012, at the Van Wert Area Inpatient Hospice Center.
He was born June 29, 1930, in Greenville, the son of the late Clyde G. and Opal (Foltz) Corle. On June 28, 1951, he married Carolyn Sue (Ungericht) Corle, who survives in Van Wert.
Other survivors include a son, Jack Edward (Laura) Corle Jr. of Findlay; two daughters, Rebecca Sue (Dick) German of Van Wert and Amy Elizabeth Corle of Chicago, Ill.; three grandchildren; and a sister, Jean (Gene) Lindsay of Phoenix, Ariz.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday, November 26, at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory in Van Wert, with the Rev. Paul W. Miller officiating, assisted by the Rev. Gus Christo-Baker. Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Greenville Cemetery.
Calling hours are from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday, November 25, at the funeral home.
