Club Christmas Party Dec. 13!

This is a reminder to all Wassenberg Camera Club members and their guests that the club’s annual Christmas Dinner and Year-End meeting will take place Thursday, Dec. 13, at the Wassenberg Art Center. Members are asked to bring a dish to share by 6 p.m. so the dinner can start at 6:15. Plates, cups and utensils, will be provided or you can bring your own, as well as your choice of drink.

Following the meal, there are three business items to be completed. One is the selection of the year’s best print and slide. This year’s selection will be extra special, because one of those will be chosen as the Best Picture of the Year and receive a $25 award from the Wassenberg Art Center. There are 15 members eligible for these 3 awards, which will go to two of them. The election of next year’s officers and the determination of the monthly competition themes in prints and slides will close out the evening.

The club offers a warm wish for a Merry Christmas to our community and beyond.
