Family Health Care offers free flu shots

The Family Health Care of Northwest Ohio Inc. is currently providing free influenza shots to uninsured clients and anyone else who doesn’t have insurance at its clinic, located at 1052 S. Washington St.

Those receiving the flu shots would have to fill out a registration form to technically be a client for the day, but the Family Health Clinic is waiving its administration fee, making the shots totally free.

“We didn’t think we would get any free serum this year, but we got some in last week,” said Director Nancy Sink of the opportunity to provide free flu shots.
