Lady Knights down Kalida in basketball

Crestview girls’ basketball information

The Crestview Lady Knights defeated Kalida 47-37 in non-league action on Saturday afternoon. Crestview used strong opening and closing quarters to knock off the once beaten Lady Wildcats.

Leading scorers for the Lady Knights included Lindsey Motycka, with 15 points, and Mackenzie Riggenbach, with 13. Kennis Mercer chipped in 8 points as well (click here for more game stats).

Crestview is now 8-1 on the season and will be in action again on Thursday, December 27, when the Knights travel to Hicksville to take on the Lady Aces. This will be a 7 p.m. start and is a varsity contest only.

Crestview lost the junior varsity game 40-25 to Kalida to drop to 6-3 on the season.
