Barbara Edwards

Barbara Edwards, 84, formerly of Cleveland and Rockford, died at approximately 7 a.m. Tuesday, January 1, 2013, at her residence in Phoenix, Ariz.

She was born December 8, 1928, in Cleveland, the daughter of the late Virgil and Ruth (King) Edwards.

An infant brother, Edward E. Thomas; and one sister, Aliceruth Kimmel, also preceded her in death.

Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 12, 2013, at Riverside Cemetery in Rockford.

There will be no calling hours.

Arrangements were handled by Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home in Rockford.
