Ribbon cut on new business

Dog House Grooming was officially opened Friday with a ribboncutting ceremony by the Van Wert Area Chamber of Commerce. Here, Dog House Grooming owner Lora Stienecker cuts the ribbon on the shop, located at 117 N. Washington St. The business offers holistic pet foods and provides a number of grooming services for all types of pets, including birds. Hours for the shop are 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m. on Saturdays. The shop will offer a number of daily specials, which will all be its Facebook page (Dog House Grooming/Van Wert).
