Peony queen candidates

A reception was held Sunday afternoon at Central Insurance Company for the eight candidates for the title of Queen Jubilee XXXVIII. Peony Pageant Director Kylie Mills provided candidates with rules and information on this year’s pageant, to be held Friday, April 5, in the Marsh Foundation Auditorium.
