CHP to host prom dress exchange

Community Health Professionals will host a prom dress exchange on Saturday, February 16, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Adult Day Center, 1151 Westwood Drive in Van Wert.

Clean, gently used prom or homecoming gowns may be dropped off at the adult day center Monday through Friday starting February 11, from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (must be on a hanger).

There is a $20 cash sales fee to benefit CHP Hospice. Sellers set their price and get the money when the dress sells. Unsold items must be picked up by February 19 at 5 p.m. After that, dresses will be donated to another charity. Those looking to buy a dress may come on February 16, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. to shop. Dressing rooms and mirrors will be available. Sales will be cash or credit card only, no checks.
