YWCA to host Meals & Heels event

The YWCA of Van Wert County will be hosting its second annual Meals & Heels luncheon in celebration of Women’s History Month. The event will take place on Friday, March 1, at noon at the YWCA.

Enjoy lunch with the women during the “Trends of the Century” fashion show. Meals & Heels is an event designed to inspire and empower women, as well as a way to have sisterly fun.

With a $10 donation, each attendee will enjoy a delicious lunch prepared by the YWCA, will be entered into raffles, and will leave with a goody bag.

All proceeds go to support the YWCA Transitional Living Program for the homeless. Register by February 22 by calling the YWCA at 419.238.6639. Don’t forget the heels!
