VWES program

Van Wert Elementary second- and fourth-graders finally had the chance to perform their spring program, after two weather cancellations moved the program, originally scheduled for March 18, to Wednesday evening. A large audience of parents, grandparents and siblings got the chance to see the students spend “A Day in the Country” with such musical favorites as “Old MacDonald” “John Jacob Jingleheimer Smith” and “She’ll Be Comin’ ‘Round the Mountain.” (Dave Mosier/Van Wert independent)
