Lancers get softball win over Delphos

The Lincolnview Lady Lancer softball team hosted Delphos Jefferson on Monday and came away with a 13-1 victory over the Lady Wildcats.

The winning pitcher for the Lancers was Ashley McClure, who pitched four innings and gave up no hits, while striking out five and walking just one batter. McClure is now 5-0 on the season.

The losing pitcher for Delphos was Taylor Branham, who also went four inning, fiving up five hits, four walks and also hit a batter.

With the win, Lincolnview moves to 6-0 overall and 1-0 on the Northwest Conference, while Jefferson drops to 0-1 in league play.
