NEW HAVEN, Ind. — The Crestview High School boys’ track team competed at New Haven (Ind.) High School on Friday, with Knight boys finishing sixth out of nine teams competing in the 58th annual New Haven Relays.

The sixth-place finish brings Crestview’s record to 16-20.

1. Bishop Dwenger, 160 points; 2. New Haven, 87 points; 3. Leo High School, 65.5 points; 4. Van Wert, 65 points; 5. Concordia Lutheran, 61 points; 6. Crestview, 34.25 points; 7. Heritage, 27 points; 8. Woodlan, 23.25 points; and 9. Blackhawk Christian, 17 points.

1600-meter run – Mycah Grandstaff, fifth place, 4:42.96

400-meter dash – Isaiah Kline, fifth place, 53.87 seconds

Pole vault – Copsey Bogle, fifth place, 10 feet, 6 inches

3200-meter run – Mycah Grandstaff, sixth place, 10:03.75

High jump – Preston Zaleski, sixth place, 5 feet, 8 inches

Both the Knight boys and girls will compete at the Van Wert County Championship Meet on Tuesday, April 30, at Van Wert High School.
