C’view competes at NWC track meet

SPENCERVILLE — The Crestview High School boys’ and girls’ track and field teams competed in the Northwest Conference Meet, with the boys finishing seventh and the girls 10th. Both teams resume competition on Thursday, May 23, and Saturday, May 25, at the Division III District Track and Field Meet held at Spencerville High School.
Top finishers for the Lady Knights are as follows:
Discus – Bekka Tracy, fourth, 105 feet, 1 inch
800-meter run – Claire Zaleski, fourth, 2:31.23
Pole vault – Jamie Moore, sixth, 8 feet even
Shotput – Tracy, seventh, 29 feet, 9 inches
