Knight softball awards

Members of the Crestview varsity softball team were acknowledged on May 28 at their annual awards banquet. Softball athletes, along with their parents, met in the Crestview auditeria for refreshments and a ceremony, during which softball players were recognized for their accomplishments and honors.  For the 2013 season, the coaching staff selected a number of athletes for special awards. Special award winners include: Northwest Conference Team: Honorable Mention, Mackenzie Riggenbach; Second Team, Brooke Bowen; First Team, Terra Crowle and Kirstin Hicks. All District Team: Honorable Mention, Bowen; Second Team, Crowle; First Team, Hicks. All State Team: Second Team, Hicks. Over The Fence Award – Hicks, Riley Guest, Crowle, Brittany Helt; Knight Offensive Award – Crowle; MVP – Hicks; Pink Bat Award –Hicks.  Shown are special award winners (from the left) Hicks, Crowle and Riggenbach.
