Kelly Sue Wendel

Kelly Sue Wendel, 47, of Celina, died at 8:15 p.m. Wednesday, June 5, 2013, at her home.

She was born March 17, 1966, in Troy, the daughter of the late Bill and Virginia (Sutton) Wright. In August 1988, she married Larry Kremer, who preceded her in death in April 1999. On September 27, 2008, she married Jerry L. Wendel, who survives in Celina.

Other survivors include a son, Andy (Theresa) Kremer of Coldwater; two stepsons, Steve and Corey Kremer, both of Celina; two brothers, David (Louanna) Gwinn of Greenville and Scott (Teresa) Wright of Sidney; three sisters, Lynn Nye of Dayton, Mary Jo Sharer of Texas and Karen Wright of California; and two grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 11, at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home in Rockford. Burial will be in St. Paul’s United Church of Christ Cemetery in Rockford.

Calling hours are from 4-8 p.m. Monday, June 10, and an hour prior to services Tuesday at the funeral home.
