Real estate tax payments due in July

Van Wert County Treasurer Bev Fuerst announces that real estate tax bills have been mailed and are due by Wednesday, July 10.

Property owners who have not received a tax bill should call the Treasurer’s Office immediately at 419.238.5177. Mailed payments should be postmarked on or before July 10 to avoid any penalty.

Taxpayers interested in a monthly prepay tax installment plan or who would like to have their taxes automatically debited from their bank account each month should also contact the treasurer’s office at the above number or email treasurer@vanwertcounty.org.

First Bank of Berne also accepts tax payments.
