Ribfest corn hole tourney announced

The seventh annual Van Wert Rib Fest Corn Hole Tournament will take place on Saturday, August 3, beginning at 1 p.m.  First Bank of Berne sponsors the tournament.

This event will be a single- or double-elimination tournament, depending on the number of teams participating. The tournament will be limited to the first 32 teams registered. Teams must be preregistered – there will be no on-site registration the day of the event.

Entry fee is only $20 per team. A registration form and payment must be received by Friday, July 26.

Cash prizes will be awarded to the first- and second-place teams. Half of the entry fee collected will be awarded to the first place team and 25 percent of the entry fees collected will be awarded to the second place team.
