Jeffery Alan Snyder

Jeffery Alan Snyder of Van Wert died at 6 a.m. Wednesday, July 17, 2013, at St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima.

He was born in Van Wert on July 26, 1971, the son of Roger and Connie (Barker) Snyder, who both survive.

He is also survived by a daughter, Abigail “Abbi” Burdge; a companion, Sarah Burdge; one sister, Rebecca Snyder; and a niece, Jennifer Snyder. He is also survived by aunts and uncles, Larry and Billie Snyder and Tom and Bonnie Favreau.

His grandparents, Kenny and Marie Snyder and Floyd and Annabelle Barker, preceded him in death.

He loved fishing and NASCAR, as well as helping where and when he could.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 20, at Brickner Funeral Home in Van Wert, with the Rev. Jim Burns officiating. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery in Convoy.

Calling hours are from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday, July 19, and from 9 a.m. until the time of services Saturday at the funeral home.
