Lancers win NWC quad golf match

The Lincolnview boys’ golf team had a team score of 170 to easily win a Northwest Conference quad match Monday over Bluffton (189), Crestview (190) and Columbus Grove (197).

Bluffton’s Rich Streicher was match medalist with a one-under-par 35, while Lancer Josh Rager was runner-up with a even-par 36.

Other Lincolnview scorers included Logan Miller (43), Damon Norton (45), Justice Dowdy (46), and Drek Youtsey and Troy Patterson, each carding a 50 on the day.

Other individual scoring is as follows:

Bluffton – Eli Runk, 45; Joel Ritter, 52; Braden Skilliter, 57, Kaleigh Coughlan, 58, and an unidentified golfer with an 81.

Crestview – Connor Lautzenheiser, 43; Jon Germann, 47; Jake Mengerink and Cain Lautzenheiser, 50; Cyler Miller, 51; and Ronnie Schumm, 52.

Columbus Grove – Logan Diller, 46; Kyle Welty, 48; Brandon Huffman, 49; Cody Woods, 54; Logan Hardeman, 57; and Noah Oglesbee, 61.

With the win, Lincolnview is now 8-0 overall and 5-0 in league play, while Crestview is 4-4 overall and 3-2 in the NWC, Bluffton is 2-3 overall and 1-1 in the league and Columbus Grove is 1-6 overall and 1-3 in the conference.
