Boy Scouts hike trail

Last weekend BSA Troop 35 hiked the Dan Beard Trail in Cincinnati, named for the founder of the scouting movement in America. The trail winds along the banks of the Ohio River where Beard grew up. The troop (shown above on an Ohio River bridge) also visited Chateau Laroche in Loveland and the Newport Aquarium. First Presbyterian Church in Van Wert sponsors Troop 35. (photo submitted)
