Cougar v-ball team downs Kalida

KALIDA — The Van Wert Cougar volleyball team traveled to Kalida and won a four-game victory for their fourth win in a row by scores of 26-18, 25-9, 23-25, and 25-15.

The Cougars are undefeated at 4-0 on the season and will be back in action on Thursday as they travel to Ottawa-Glandorf to take on the Lady Titans in their Western Buckeye League opener.

The Van Wert junior varsity volleyball team lost in three games, 22-25, 25-23 and 23-25 and are now 3-1 on the year.
