JH Lancer runners do well at WT

HAVILAND — The Lincolnview Junior High cross country teams competed last night at the Wayne Trace Invitational.

The Lady Lancers finished fourth out of 13 teams. Eighth grader Alena Looser had the top finish of the night, finishing fourth out of 85 runners. Calahan Wolfrum was the top male finisher for the Lancers with a second place finish out of 100 runners.

Also scoring for the Lady Lancers were Brayden Langdon (ninth), Maddie Snyder (21st), Trinity Welch (22nd), Olivia Gorman (42nd), Miah Katalenas (52nd), Madison Sill (64th), Kathy Tate (67th) and Shae Hines (81st).

The Lancers Junior High boys’ team captured first place overall out of 17 teams.

Other Lancers runners competing included Sam Myers (fourth), Karter Tow (eighth), Alek Bowersock (15th), Sterling Rigdon (31st), Logan Williams (32nd), Keegan Cowan (46th), Andrew Robinson (47th), Dylan Neate (71st), Noah Daeger (73rd), Jacob Keysor (75th) and Cameron McAbee (81st).
