YMCA announces volleyball clinic

The YMCA of Van Wert County will be holding an instructional volleyball clinic for girls ages 6-12 on Thursday, September 12, from 6-8 p.m.

The clinic will focus on developing basic volleyball skills, including bumping, setting, spiking and serving.  Instructors will be Kayla Lehman and Emily Osting, who are both graduates of Lincolnview High School and have 14 years of playing and coaching experience combined.

The cost of the clinic is $20 per athlete. Pre-registration is due September 9 and will include a t-shirt.  Participants may register the day of the clinic for $20 with no t-shirt.
