Janet Charleen Ainsworth

Janet Charleen Ainsworth, 88, of Kingston at DuPont in Fort Wayne, Ind., died at 5:45 p.m. Friday, September 20, 2013, Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.

She was born September 14, 1925, in Convoy, the daughter of the late Dewey and Opal (Knittle) Ainsworth.

Survivors include a nephew, Bruce R. Dellinger of Syracuse, Ind.

Two sisters, Arlene P. Dellinger and Ilene Hardisty, also preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, September 26, at Cowan & Son Funeral Home in Van Wert, with Pastor Ed Gebert officiating. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery in Van Wert.

Calling hours are from noon-2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
