Wiselogel opens NPAC season

Lecturer Ceci Wiselogel — and Honest Abe — gave a presentation on American symbols entitled “Let Freedom Ring!” for the opening show of the 2013-2014 season at the Niswonger Performing Arts Center of Northwest Ohio.
