James Robert Reynolds, 34, of Fort Jennings, was recently indicted by the Paulding County Grand Jury on a charge of aggravated robbery, a second-degree felony, in connection with a robbery at Ross’s Gas Station in Grover Hill.

Reynolds was indicted as a result of a large number of tips received in the case, and Sheriff Landers said he was grateful for the public’s help, as well as assistance from area law enforcement agencies. “A lot of success to get Reynolds indicted came from a joint effort involving the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, Van Wert County Sheriff’s Office and the Adult Parole Authority,” the sheriff said. “This is another fine example of multiple agencies working together to resolve a horrible crime.”

Anyone with information on Reynolds’ whereabouts can call the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office at 419.399.3791 or access the sheriff’s Facebook page or website at www.pauldingohsheriff.com.

Sheriff Landers’ office continues to seek information on a second man believed to be involved in the Grover Hill robbery. Any information on the second suspect can also be provided by using the contact information above.
