Pastor Dale Elliott Bolenbaugh

Pastor Dale Elliott Bolenbaugh, 44, of Van Wert, died at 10:31 a.m. Saturday, November 2, 2013, at Van Wert County Hospital in Van Wert.

He was born February 19, 1969, in Van Wert, the son of Diana Glass, who survives in Van Wert, and the late Fred Keith Bolenbaugh. On May 1, 2004, he married Nicole R. (Baker) Bolenbaugh, who also survives in Van Wert.

Other survivors include a daughter, Ariel Baker of Van Wert; one son, Gage Bolenbaugh, at home; a brother, Brent (Julianne) Bolenbaugh of Scott; one nephew; and his in-laws.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, November 7, at Cowan & Son Funeral Home in Van Wert, with Dr. Jim Adams and Pastor Jim Splawn officiating. Burial will follow at a later date.

Calling hours are from 2-8 p.m. Wednesday, November 6, at the funeral home.
