Van Wert Police

November 1, 5:09 p.m. — Trailers at the Hiestand Woods Haunted Woods were vandalized. The incident is under investigation.

November 1, 9:07 p.m. — Jason A. Zamora, 35, of 736 Woodland Ave., was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued in Van Wert Municipal Court, and was also cited for possession of drug paraphernalia when police were called to 329 South Ave. on reports of a disturbance at that residence.

November 1, 3:21 p.m. — Jamie L. Phillips, 16, of 692 N. Washington St., was charged with theft for allegedly shoplifting items from the Pak-A-Sak convenience store at 800 N. Washington St.

October 30, 7:38 p.m. — A 9-year-old boy was arrested on a charge of domestic violence as a result of an incident that occurred at his residence.

October 31, 3:43 p.m. — Kareem Howard, 39, of 1014 Woodland Ave., was arrested on order of the Van Wert County Probation Department while in the 700 block of Woodland.

October 28, 12:05 p.m. — Adam T. Hector, 26, of 811 Kear Road, Lot 10, was charged with theft for allegedly shoplifting at Walmart.

October 27, 1:46 a.m. — Lance W. Miller, 20, of Payne, was arrested for assault and underage consumption after he allegedly hit another man in the face with a beer bottle while at Fricker’s.

Delphos Police

November 3, 12:27 p.m. — Dustin Kunz, 23, of Delphos, was arrested on a series of active warrants and was turned over to Allen County Sheriff’s Office deputies.

November 2, 9:19 p.m. — Heather Zinn, 30, of Delphos, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) and driving under a license suspension as a result of a traffic stop in the 1700 block of  East Fifth Street.
