Connie Elaine Wilkins

Connie Elaine Wilkins, 71, of Van Wert, died at midnight Wednesday, November 6, 2013, at Vancrest Health Care Center in Van Wert.

She was born January 20, 1942, in York Township, Van Wert County, the daughter of the late Merle Edgar and Hazel Davida (Owens) Wilkins.

Survivors include a sister, Sharleen (Warner) Heckley of New Castle, Ind.; a brother-in-law, Stanley M. Macklin of Venedocia; two nephews; and a niece.

A sister, Leora Louise Macklin, also preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, November 8, at Cowan & Son Funeral Home in Van Wert. Burial will be in Wright Cemetery in Jennings Township, Van Wert County.

There will be no calling hours.
