Terry Raymond Ward

Terry Raymond Ward, 66, of Van Wert, died at 5:29 p.m. Saturday, November 16, 2013, at the Van Wert Area Inpatient Hospice Center, following an extended illness.

He was born in October 1947, in Van Wert, the son of the late Arthur R. and Juanita H. (Wise) Ward. He was a 1965 graduate of Crestview High School in Convoy and later worked by Teleflex Corporation in Van Wert.

Survivors include a brother, Larry A. Ward of Albuquerque, N.M.; a half-sister, Patty K. Holtzapple of rural Convoy; one stepbrother, W. Rex Oswald of Los Osos, Calif.; and a number of nieces and nephews.

His stepmother, Sarah Kathrine (Imler) Oswald Ward; and a half-brother, Coy R. Ward, also preceded him in death.

Private funeral services will be conducted at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery in Convoy.

There will be no visitation.
