NWC to hold meeting in Delphos

DELPHOS — The Northwest Conference will be holding a student-athlete sportsmanship meeting at the Delphos Eagles this Friday, November 22, starting at 9 a.m.

Dr. Dan Ross of the Ohio High School Athletic Association will be a featured speaker and will address the group starting at 12:30 p.m.

All schools in the conference will be sending student-athletes to this meeting as the conference continues its emphasis on good sportsmanship. Delphos Jefferson High School Principal John Edinger is the primary organizer of this event.

Lunch is scheduled to start at 11:30 a.m., while Dr. Ross will speak to the group after lunch.  The meeting will conclude at approximately 1:30 Friday afternoon.

Media are welcome to attend all or parts of the meeting. There is a charge for lunch.
