November 26, 7:25 p.m. — Travis VanDyke of Delphos was charged with domestic violence as a result of an incident in the 400 block of North State Street.

November 28, 12:39 a.m. — Patrick Holmes of Delphos was charged with disorderly conduct as a result of an incident on East Second Street.

November 30, 12:21 p.m. — Johnny Ray Foust of Delphos was charged with disorderly conduct as a result of intoxication as a result of two separate incidents in the 600 block of Clime Street.

December 3, 9:30 a.m. — Frankie Gibson of Delphos was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI), and several traffic violations as a result of a traffic stop in the 800 block of Skinner Street.
