Delphos Police

December 5, 10:52 p.m. — Eric Hershey, 35, of Delphos, was charged with violation of a civil protection order as a result of a disturbance in the 700 block of West Third Street.

December 7, 3 a.m. — Kristopher Jacque, 21, of New Hampshire, but currently living in Delphos, was cited for operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI), as well as several minor traffic offenses.

December 7, 9:58 p.m. — Timothy Short Jr. 29, of Delphos, was charged with a number of drug-related charges stemming from a traffic stop in Delphos.

December 9, 2:30 p.m. — Savannah Hughes, 16, of Delphos, was charged with theft as a result of an alleged shoplifting incident at Dollar General in Delphos.
