Ruby J. Hall

Ruby was born September 17, 1927, in Prospect. She was a faithful soldier and volunteer of The Salvation Army Corps in Marion, Piqua and, most recently, in Van Wert, for a combined 44 years. Two of them became Salvation Army officers (pastors). Ruby was a member of the Order of the Silver Star, which is comprised of mothers of Salvation Army officers.
