Klarisa A. Mendoza

Klarisa A. Mendoza, 26, of Va Wert, died at 6:02 p.m. Sunday, December 22, 2013, at St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima.

She was born September 25, 1987, in Van Wert, the daughter of Simon C. Mendoza and Rosie (Gonzalez) Waltz, both of whom survive in Van Wert.

Other survivors include her maternal grandparents, Heriberto and Lupe Gonzalez of Van Wert; three children, Aveanna Schaadt and Keston Mendoza, both of Van Wert, and Drayden Fuller of Cape Coral, Fla.; a brother, David Mendoza of Van Wert; one sister Esperansa Mendoza of Van Wert; one nephew and two nieces.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Friday, December 27, at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory in Van Wert, with the Rev. Paul W. Miller officiating. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery in Van Wert.

Calling hours are from 3-5 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday, December 26, at the funeral home.
