In addition to having a village business for many years, Manz has also been very much involved in the Convoy community and has been a member of the Convoy Business Association for a number of years, currently serving as acting president.

She developed the “Lunch with the Easter Bunny” program and Convoy and has worked to keep it going for more than a decade. She has also participated in the village’s Customer Appreciation Days and has provided homemade cinnamon rolls, cookies, candy and mints to community residents.

She has also contributed food items to fundraising bake sales, dinners and parties over the years.

Manz also became involved in Convoy Community Days in 1999 during the 125th celebration of the village’s founding and has been a member of the Community Days Committee ever since, supporting the group with both her time and talents.

The Sophisti-Cut has also been an avid supporter of Crestview Local Schools’ academic and athletic programs over the years and Manz has served on many boards and committees in the Convoy community.

The community is asked to turn out to honor Manz for her service both as a Convoy business owner and community supporter.
